After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight. Advil works very well for me! It relieves my pain long enough so I can fall asleep and usually the headache is gone by the next morning.

It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. It is pointless taking it after 3pm you wont get the best use of it. Most Drs are very ignorant in its use and wont prescribe even the minimum amount... View full comment

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out.
