Shortly after starting a short course of this medication I starting having irregular (skipped) heartbeats upon light exertion. It took me two weeks to put two and two together and I have now stopped the medication. I have had irregular heartbeats in the past but they had not bothered me for several years. Also, I have experienced difficulty sleeping including trouble getting to sleep and/or mid night wakefulness. Recently I have experienced diarrhea. This drug does not seem to be worth us... My daughter already had two autoimmune conditions - psoriasis and urticaria (hives), but she had never had trouble with vaccines before. After the first HPV, she developed Raynauds. AFter looking at this site, she will not have any more shots until I am 100% convinced it is safe for her. We have a family history of autoimmune issues on both sides of her family, including MS, transverse myelitis, Hashimoto's, and alopecia areata.

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site.
