I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

I have noticed that my lungs hurt when I make any sudden physical movements like getting off the couch and walking in the other room. My lungs hurt just like I was outside sucking down cold air but I am inside where it is warm. The hurting lasts for a few minutes and scares the crap out of me. When I quit the Celebrex the hurting goes away.

I am experiencing a severe skin reaction. All of face and upper chest area ( exposed to daylight ) is a very pinky/red . The affected skin area is tingly and feels as though it has been burnt. I have been to my GP who prescribed Hayleve which I took for 3days and the redness subsided . On stopping the 4mg 4x day the condition is recurring. Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use.

I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely.
