Sometimes my throat gets coated in mucus, but I feel that is a result of my cold and not the medication. I am really satisfied with Mucinex. It is the only thing that really takes care of my cough.

Generally my experience has been good as my blood pressure is now under control.. I am taking three other drugs; Simvastatin 20 mg tablets, 1 per day and Omeprazole 20 mg capsules, 1 per day and 2 Benedryl tablets per night. I have experienced some dizziness, some depression, several bouts of optic migraine, slight to medium daily constipation, some slight weight gain, some memory difficulties (could be age related). I started this birth control mainly because I was moving in with my boyfriend. Since I have started it I have NO sex drive and I have gained 40 lbs since I've been on it. My prescription is over after this month and you can bet that I am changing birth control ASAP!!
