Prednisolone

I've had eczema since I was in the third grade and I had a flare that no lotion or ointment worked on. I was prescribed Prednisolone to treat my eczema and as soon as the next day, my flare began to improve. The downside is you can only use this treatment for a few days but after the week or so that you're on it, lotion and ointments can be used for minor flares.

Zyflamend

I have prostate cancer, one side only. Currently I am using hormone therapy to control testosterone production and no aggressive therapies. My last PSA result was nearly zero! I only recently (today!) read of Zyflamend's off label use in treatment of prostate cancer. Anyone out there have or heard of any experiences with this. I, too, am taking a BP prescription.

Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. After various doctor visits and therapy sessions, which did no good, I decided to do what a friend told me to do for months...TRY ZYFLAMEND! I hurt so badly, I decided to go to my local health food store and purchase them. They are wonderful. As long as I take one in the morning and one in the evening, I am virtually pain free. Hydrochlorothiazide

Her blood pressure has dropped significantly since taking this medication. It used to be almost 200/ 90 and now her blood pressure is about 140/80, which is still a bit higher than normal, but still much lower than it used to be. She feels satisfied with how the pills are working, but does not enjoy having to take them everyday.

Levora

I took levora for about 6 months and had to stop because the side effects. I had never taken the pill before this and didn't know what to expect. I gained about 20 lbs within the first 4 months and constantly had breast tenderness. I had extreme mood swings and a complete loss of sex drive. I often felt tired and dizzy, and for days at a time would experience terrible headaches. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Tramadol

Although the drug did it's job is lessening the pain, I am always very reluctant to take it because of how drowsy it makes me. Although I can tolerate it better, I still feel like I am movie extremely slowly compared to everyone/everything else when I take the medication.
