Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. After trying several other medications, Amrix was the first to relieve the intense constant pain in my head. I was extremely tired the first couple of weeks after I started taking it. Especially in the first week, I couldn't even trust myself to take care of my children because I couldn't keep my eyes open. I also had problems with my face breaking out and extreme dry mouth. Works very well for my panic disorder. I can take it in the middle of the day if anxious, avoid a panic attack, and continue on with my day. I've been taking Xanax for about 10 years now and it's still as eefective as it was when I started taking it. I can go days without taking any if I have little or no anxiety. As it wears off I do notice I get a little grumpy, that part doesn't feel real good. Overall it helps my quality of life greatly.

Actually I did not notice any particular change in my prostate condition. But I remember that since I started with Cyproterone, edema started developing, on my feet especially. But since the cancer didn't get worse, I assume the medication worked effectively.
