It worked for me. I had cystic acne on my back, chest, neck, face and after years of dealing with it I saw a dermatologist and he perscribed this. I had dry skin while on the drug but DUH! If you do any research about the drug it permanently changes your oil glands in your skin. I have noticed a slight chap lip years after I have taken it but no other side effects I have related to my accutane treatment. I have had diarrhea for about 4 weeks now and I believe it's related to taking the Zoloft. Does anyone know if this side effect will go away? I started taking Zoloft in the beginning of March for my anxiety and feel great besides this horrible problem. I'm hoping my body will adapt so I don't have to switch medications.
