This medication has been VERY effective in diminishing my stone frequency. I have not been in significant pain since i started the prescription, so I have been very pleased. I have been on it for over a month now, and I am still having the stomach problems that I had in the beginning, but now I notice that I am bruising easily, often, and quite severely. Adjusting to the side effects was very difficult for the first year and a half but the worse symptoms (diarrhea and fatigu. ) have abated a lot in the past year . The drug is completely controlling my disease, CML and I am very happy with it.

Maxalt works great if you take it right when you start feeling a migraine coming! It does make me sleepy and have to urinate a lot but I'd rather that then the migraine. However, since I've been put on Topamax, I'm not sure the Maxalt works right anymore. I've only had to take the Maxalt once since my doctor allowed me to have both again, so it may have just been a rogue migraine. Hopefully with the next one it will work.
