I found it to be counterproductive. At first it seemed to help my anxiety but eventually it caused depression bringing on further anxiety.

I agree. Suboxone did for me what 10 years of heroin & methadone couldnt. I've been able to keep my job, regain my sanity & productiveness, stay off illegal opiates & best of all, its convenient. No methadone clinics every morning, waiting in line for my single dose.. it's prescribed and administered at home. I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.
