During the first week I took half a dose and experienced a pretty strong distaste to all foods. Even when I was hungry, the sight and smell of food made me feel sick. This went away during the second week. My only other side effect is that I don't sleep as much as I used to. Also, it tends to wear off suddenly between doses. I have been taking Zyflamend approximately one month. I am a 66 year old male. The main reason I started with Zyflamend was because my PSA score is 4.0.. Three separate times, I have overdosed on fluoxetine because I was feeling depressed or anxious. The first time I took a 150% dose, and it just made me feel extremely anxious and weird; I cried a lot. A year later, I took 200% dose, and I barely noticed a difference. The next day I took 300% dose, and I was afraid of what it would do to me, so I threw it up. Don't overdose on this stuff.
