I started seasonique because of hormonal migraines. I dislike taking hormones, but so far it has been the only thing that has consistently kept me from having migraines once a month. I now only get them 1-2 times a year in relation to hormones. I would like to try some more natural alternatives, but this is what works for me right now. I also really enjoy only having my period 4 times a year- especially with the job I have!

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. I have had bad asthma since birth and the old cheap inhalers worked amazing - not with proair. Recently my asthma has been getting worse with the change of season. I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.
