Developed anxiety/depression. Cry over silly things which is also effecting my personal life and my relationship with my boyfriend. I've become extra on edge and easily annoyed. I tried to stay the course for about 3 weeks but loss of energy, nausea and occasional vomiting had me asking my doctor to get me off of Atenolol. I work out at the gym several times a week and noticed, (I wear a heart monitor to gauge my fat-burning and cadio zones), that I could not get above about 85 on my pulse rate when 115-120 was the target easily achieved before Atenolol. Result: I perpetually felt sluggish, morose and knew this drug was NOT for me.

That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. Wow, I wish someone would have told me about Zyflamend before now. It is GREAT for my joint pain in my knees and ankles. I have been absolutely amazed by the almost immediate improvment upon taking it. My only complaint is that it doesn't last 24 hours and late in the evenings the joint pain returns. But I certainly look forward to taking it again in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the day.
