I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I started taking xanax shortly after my daughter was born 2 1/2 years ago and have had amazing results. I was irritated with things that normally wouldn't bother me, from my boss, to the kids, to the soccer coach, then spending the rest of the time feeling awful for how I responded to them. I had the hormones levels checked and since my body is running efficiently as ever, my doctor suggested Citalopram hydrobromide in 10 mg for the first two weeks.
