I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and which has been severe. I was prescribed with Solpodol approx three years ago and intially found these helped enormously. Unfortunately, I am now 'hooked' on Solpodol taking 8 tablets a day, every day and the IBS has come back with avengance. I have also contacted a severe and nasty rash in the vulva area about a year ago and have had to have a biopsy which I am waiting the result - wonder if this a direct cause of the tablets?

Using Carbilev for many years has improved my quality of life but I needed Sinemet 200mg at night so that I could function if I got up during the night. Was on Pexola for several years then did not do so well and came off and started Stelivo. Stelivo was used with Carbilev for about 6 months. Initially it was wonderful then had a lot of weight loss, panic attacks and feeling very cold and exhausted. Came off very slowly. While I realize that everybody is different and one birth control pill may not be better than the next. I was given this pill because I have had bad side effects from the pill previously and my Dr said that this pill was designed for women just like me. All I will say is it is the worse pill I have even taken. My side effects were the worse than any pill I have tried previous. I would not recommend it!

Garlic works wonderfully for helping to prevent a cold at the initial stages. you just eat the garlic raw (or with a small glass of milk) and it kills the infection.

I have been on it fairly 2 weeks and its way to early to give any evaluation but as far as i can feel the loss of energy is interfering with my daily chores.Otherwise it has definitely reduced my anxiety and anger issues and i feel generally way calmer.
