I used Levora (Nordette generic) for over 5 years and it was great. However, I really like the idea of less periods. I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either. Ive been taking Centrum since I was in my teen years and it has always been adequate to supply the extra vitamins I lack through my daily diet. But lately I have noticed that I have been getting nausea after taking it, maybe taking it after a meal its better than without a meal. But overall, good experience with this multivitamin.
