Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. Unexpected benefits were much better sleep and moderately improved mental clarity.

I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I am using it for almost 2 months - 250 mg twice daily. It definitely have some effect both on libido enhancing and erectile dis-function. But I am not sure whether it has any adverse effect on prostate with long term effect.

I've recently discovered that I'm suffering from candida which apparently is a side-effect of Advair. I'm not at all happy about this! Also my skin is incredibly dry - not sure if that's because of Advair side-effects or not.
