Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. I used it when I had a bad headache once and it worked wonders for me. It also provided a fair amount of relief when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The variety of it is great, and even the chewable tablets are excellent (and taste well).
