I've been searching everywhere to see if anyone else has had the same violent physical reaction to Candex. I am happy I found this page with a couple of posters who have had identical side effects. My Doctor switched me over the Junel from Loestrin last month. I have been on an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes I'm confused and have no control over my thoughts. I'm relieved that I am not the only one. At times I feel like I'm not really here. I have been off of Junel for about a week and am noticing positive differences in my mood. Some days I feel better, other days I feel worse. I'm just waiting for the pill to completely be out of my system so I can be myself again.

As with other statins within days or weeks the same physical sensations begin. It is like too much energy in hands and feet. Sleep i srestless. Thre are night swets. In this case I took only 2 pills. the morning aftert he first I felt great. But the 2nd night (pills are taken in evening before bed) symptoms began.
