The worst idea ever. I never even wanted the shot. The first shot I took for my mom but the second and third shot were forced. they held me down for those. After I got the shot I noticed I was getting sick a lot and that a cold was lasting up to a month. I started to get dizzy spells. I would get up and couldn't because I would almost fall down. I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. Well, my mood is better. I can get to sleep without every bad thing that has happened in the past 20 years going through my head. Have energy to get up and do things. Overall this stuff is great, except my sex life has gone to hell. I can get an erection, but it does n't progress any farther along, doesn't feel any better than peeing and no climax. But hell, at least I'm not depressed about it. really.

I really enjoy drinking green tea. I haven't really noticed anything but I'm not at a certain age which I'd be able to notice anti-aging. But I haven't noticed any side effects either/

I have been taking Simcor for a few months too. Beginning in April I was awakened from a sound sleep by the itching. My entire body was sunburn red and I thought I was going to claw my skin off. Tried taking a cold shower, benadryl, anti-itch cream and nothing helped. Finally had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic for a shot and prescription.
