I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. Ive been on this medication ever since I got diabetes, it has never given me any problems. I take 30 units in the morning and 15 units in the afternoon. And I have no complaints with this insulin shot.
