Beginning in August, I started taking Super B-complex supplement which also contained Vitamin C and by october I stopped bleeding. The vitamin B helped the liver to absorb the excess estrogen in my body. I was bleeding for five months straight with pieces as large as chicken livers until trying this supplement,. I am now 51 and I have not had a period in seven months. I have no estrogen surges, no fiborcystic breasts, I feel good and just have some night sweats.

Lyrica is one of the sneakiest little devil there is. First you feel great, it really helped with the nerve pain through out my body, and it knocked me out at night. I definitely couldn't take this medication in the day time, and forget about driving that is a joke! You can barely see, and that is if you aren't already lost from confusion. Many people don't realize this, but Acetaminophen is a good fever reducer. Taken at the same dose as you would for pain relief, it can help reduce mild fevers. I used tylenol when I had the flu and it helped with the aches and pains as well as keeping my temperature under control.

I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long.
