well before i started this method of birth control i was taking the depo and i gain about 20 pounds,now that i have gotten off that and tried junel method i haven't had any side effects yet and i've been on it for three months now,but by reading everyones comments makes me scared,but so far i like it

I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.

Although this medication works well for my hypertension, it usually gives me shoulder pain and because of that, I can't lift my arm up. Also, I have leg pain sometimes and can't stnad up once I sit down. Stiff leg. I take it in combination with amlodipine.

I have been told to take stool softeners and the occasional laxative to help with constipation which worsen the bladder feeling. For the past month I have taken 3 stool softeners every night before bed time and the don't help. The stool become so hard, when I wipe I find blood from the lining. although focalin xr hsa changed my appetite, it has done so for the better... i am still healthy, but i eat less, allowing me to lose a little bit of weight. i do have diarrhea sometimes but it is not often, and besides that, the only other side effect that i have noticed has been insomnia; if i take the focalin less than about 4 or 5 hours before i go to bed, i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. other than that, it has worked wonders for my stress and ability to get things done.
