The first 2 months were hell. It felt like every thought had to be pulled through a vat of mollasses to be had. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours in a row, couldn't remember the simplest figures and had to drop 2 classes at school. However, my viral load went undetectable in 30 days and by about the third month things started to get a little better and now I hardly notice the side effects. I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss. The antibiotic made me car sick pretty often while I took it, perhaps bc till then the last time I took antibiotics was when I was like 6 or so.

Definately helped me to stabilize my moods. When my spouse is gone though I can have bouts of suicidal thoughts, lack of energy. Need a booster with it. Very dysfunctional if a dose is missed in 12 hrs- dizzy, heart palpatations, unbalanced severely. But my life is still better with it
