I was on a tricyclin and had about every side effect you could have on the pill. I switched to Levora and all my side effects went away. I personally do exteremly well on this pill and will not be changing anytime soon. I definitely think its worth trying. If it works well for you like it has for me, wonderful, if not, you probably want to continue the search....

It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

I just finished my ten day treatment. I am thankful I was able to tolerate the meds with no serious side effects. However, it definitely was not easy!!!! The regimen is very difficult. I hope it eradicated the infection. I feel very weak and naseaus
