i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.

I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either. It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. I have been taking Zoloft since August 2009. I was prescribed this medication after seeing a phychiarist due to anxiety. The anxiety was from an allergy medicine called Xyzal which was prescribed to my last April 2009. Well needless to say this allergy medication caused real bad hallucinations which caused me to go to the hospital.
