I normally chew on mint leaves, or have mint tea to soothe my stomach when I've had a heavy meal. It results in the release of gas or emptying of the bowels. I normally feel extremely drowsy after and have a mild headache. I feel extremely sleepy and lethargic the entire day, but the relief for the stomach is worth it.

July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. I recently discontinued Seroquel (last month) because of some mild tardive dyskinesia (in the form of mouth tics). The tics worsened after I stopped taking the medicine, but quickly improved and are now almost 100% gone.

The doctor prescribed me the wrong amount and I ended up getting severe diarrhea and upset stomach, so i think thats why I had those severe side effects it messed up my stomach for a while.
