For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. My life has been taken from me - I can't do anything that I once enjoyed. Have had to drop out of college since I can't see to read, or think (brain fog), I can't get around without crutches or a wheelchair, can't drive a car anymore, am bedridden with fatigue/pain/migraines/muscle weakness/tremors/fainting spells, and have had very severe seizures. Hospitalized three times.

My first experience with diclofenac was a positive one. AT my age, I need medications for my joints and for my back pain as well, and I was happy to start diclofenac because it is very effective with limited side effects, so I did not need to go and look for other additional medications
