I play a lot of sports and only take this as needed which is 1 to 2 tablets per week (50mg/tablet). I find it very effective for my lifestyle in helping me enjoy playing as hard as I do. I find Ultram to be quite effective at controlling pain from sports injuries for considerably longer than vicodin with reduced dry mouth, reduced constipation, less inflamation and I remain more mentally alert.

Sublingual is a terrible idea. It tasted terrible and made my tongue numb. 15 minutes after taking it, I was completely drugged out and had to be taken to bed immediately. Slept 12 hours straight in a deep sleep, but apparently snored loudly and gasped for air all night long. Needless to say that was my first and last experience taking this medication as an alternative to Geodon.

The first 2 months were hell. It felt like every thought had to be pulled through a vat of mollasses to be had. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours in a row, couldn't remember the simplest figures and had to drop 2 classes at school. However, my viral load went undetectable in 30 days and by about the third month things started to get a little better and now I hardly notice the side effects. I agree. Suboxone did for me what 10 years of heroin & methadone couldnt. I've been able to keep my job, regain my sanity & productiveness, stay off illegal opiates & best of all, its convenient. No methadone clinics every morning, waiting in line for my single dose.. it's prescribed and administered at home. Xyzal should be taken off the market. I know as with all medication there are side affects but none compared to the very bad hallucinations which put me in the hospital. I reported Xyzal to the FDA. The hallucinations I can compare to would be like being on LSD if anybody knows what LSD feels like. The funny thing about this is only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallucinations so everyone should be aware of the side affects of this and all medications
