I take vitamin C to improve my immune health. Overall, I think it works but can't really prove it because I never had frequent cold symptoms to begin with. I figure a pill a day can't hurt.

i have a chronic rash that I can't determine what it is being caused by and wonder if the Bitter Orange is the cause. The rash actually began before I started taking bitter orange and I've attributed the rash to 2 other things, Sucralose (splenda) and my hormones, both of which I have stopped. I realize that any medication or supplement can cause an allergic reaction, but if I were allergic to BO, wouldn't I have other symptoms, not just the rash?

I have experienced severe anxiety and depression, coupled with incessant coughing and difficulty breathing. The joint pain has been unbearable. I would wake up at night feeling as though I was being tortured, in too much pain to even turn over. I had pneumonia in July and about a week after I got better from that, my legs began to ache and swell. They've hurt and stayed swollen all this time. I've been seeing 3 doctors and none have been able to tell me why. I heard about this Levaquin thing today and called my doctor to see if that was one of the meds they'd given me as it sounded familiar. Sure enough. They prescribed Levaquin for me July 21, 2009.
