Everytime I had a headache or pain for something, I would take Ibuprofen to help the pain go away. It helped so much. This is my favorite medicine for a headache.

Lyrica is one of the sneakiest little devil there is. First you feel great, it really helped with the nerve pain through out my body, and it knocked me out at night. I definitely couldn't take this medication in the day time, and forget about driving that is a joke! You can barely see, and that is if you aren't already lost from confusion. Lotrimin AF helped get rid of my ringworm. It's very easy to get at the store and is inexpensive. It takes a while before you begin to see improvement. If case is very bad, you may need an additional prescribed treatment as I did.

I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend.
