I take it for uti pain, but I have to weigh my options because I will have neaseau and severe stomach pain that fades to my lower back for about 5 minutes about 25 minutes after taking the medication. If my uti is causing extreme pain then i take it for relief but I suffer from these side effects shortly after. I have been taking a teaspoon of turmeric powder daily with food for 18 months. Excellent anti-inflammatory. Very useful in reducing body fat, possibly suppresses appetite as well as seeming to help fat with reduction. With vitamin D3 it apparently enhances the immune system.I've had no colds or infections for well over a year now.

Since going on this pill, I developed SI Joint Dysfunction. I didn't think the pill had any affect on it, but I went off it for 3 months and had relief of my symptoms. Not complete recovery, but much better. Then I went back on TriCyclen and three days later the severe pain came back. I took the pill for another week without relief. Then, I decided to stop the pill and the pain subsided. I'm about to try the pill one more time for confirmation of the symptoms.

It was very helpful in stopping the inflammation of my hives. I had to take it for almost a week but it was effective as soon as I was finished with the prescription. My hives were completely gone by the end of the week. The only problem I had with Prednisone was the after taste. It made me dread taking the medicine.

I took this medication in conjunction with the Digoxin and I feel it has made a difference in the Afib. I really like both of the medications and I would recommend them both to others who are having the same problem as me.
