I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!

If you are taking Adderall XR it is important that you are meeting with an MD to best understand how it works. Also know, that Adderall XR is not a cure for adult ADD. It's important to read books and learn as much as you can. I know for me, I need to put my keys in the same place every time. I know when I study I need to eliminate as many distractions as possible. There are things that I do regardless of taking medication to put myself in a position to be successful. It takes work.

Overall this drug was great. Even though I gave great skin now, my skin did improve. I thought my skin was really good to begin with but this just took things up to another level. I experienced a 12 pound weight loss and I was eating more then previous. I did have an increase in appetite but it didn't bother me because I was loosing so much weight. My fifteen year old daughter a perfectly healthy young girl ,experienced temporary paralysis less than 3 hours after first shot taken along with a miningitis vaccine. I am glad that I finally found something to regulate my periods and cramps. Everything else wasn't strong enough, and I ended up having breakthrough bleeding and a period every other week.
