Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication. I do have more energy and I feel my muscles being sore like my metabolism is increasing but the spotting is bothering me. Is anybody else spotting while taking this medicine for the first time, and if yes, how long does the spotting last, or does it stay forever or go away after my body gets used to the medication. Did you see a doc about the hair loss? When I asked my GYN about it, she said it wasn't related to the Lybrel because my hormones were "the most stable they've ever been". But now I'm seeing on line that other people have experienced this - I've lost a substantial part of my eyebrows and my scalp hair is thinning. I'm beginning to think I'd rather have periods!
