Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. I used to not be able to sleep until at least an hour after laying down because I would constantly be thinking and simply not be able to fall asleep. After a few days of taking 3 mg before bed, however, I began sleeping within 15 minutes, which is amazing.
