I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. After I eat, I take the Prilosec OTC, and my reflux is well controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. I am luckily a very fast responder to Prozac. When we need to adjust the dosage, I notice a difference within a day or 2. Take it in the morning or it might keep you up at night!

I have been taking lasix for over seventeen years. It is a diarhetic because it pulls teh potassium out of my body. So I need additional potassium to balance it out. It makes me photosensitive from the sun, so I have to wear long sleves to protect myself.

I have taken Xyzal for about six months and was fine with it; however, decided to stop the dosage about four days ago and noticed that my blood pressure is highly elevated. It's almost as if my body is "acting out" for the drug. Could it be addictive? I have NEVER had elevated blood pressure.
