You have to start easy with Zyflamend. One a day for a few days. There is nothing in this supplement to warrant stomach pain unless people are misusing. More is not better in this case. This is a very good supplement. Maybe people need to check other supplements for "duplication".

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? Sometimes my throat gets coated in mucus, but I feel that is a result of my cold and not the medication. I am really satisfied with Mucinex. It is the only thing that really takes care of my cough.

It's made me more moody, more depressive, breasts are way more tender (like, they hurt every single day), bloating has gotten worse, and I've become more self-conscious and snappy at people. But it does regulate my cycle like I needed something to.

For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. It was really wonderful considering I used to have very heavy and irregular periods, extremely horrible cramps, and pretty bad PMS (irritability, mood changes, bloating, fatigue, appetite increase, etc.). I have four buldging discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis and an old vertebral fracture from an accident. I want to avoid surgery at all costs, and have had two epidurals for pain control (also something I want to avoid). I was having difficulty walking and functioning and it was not time for another epidural, so I tried zymflamend. I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's!
