I tried Seasonique once I started being sexuially active again. The first month I developed a yeast infection, which is normal for me when I begin a new BC,then after 4 weeks I began spotting and breakthrough bleeding and this lasted for 2mths, finally I spoke to my OBGYN(who is a wonderful and amazing doctor) and he suggested that I stop that pack and start a new one(which he provided). I used this medication at nights, and when I had troubles trying to sleep due to my mind running and being anxious about the days ahead, it really helped me to slow down and get the rest that my body really needed. Although, it was a bit strange since it has side effects that might include hallucinations if I stayed awake for too long on it.
