I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. I experienced a allergic reaction after 40 minuets of taking my first dose. A itchy rash on my hands and lower arm. The reaction excelled to severe abdominal cramping and bloating. Took an allergy pill to control reaction. I am now back on progesterone suppositories.
