I took Xyzal back on April 20th and April 21 only to find myself in the hospital. I only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallcinations. My 2 sisters took me to the ER where they said it was a reaction to the medication. It was like being on drugs. I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. I like Zicam because it gets rid of my very stuffy nose when I have allergies, i just spray it once or twice and it gets rid of my congestion and stuffy nose. Overall good medication to get rid of allergic congestion.

Taking too early in the morning means I'll have a dry mouth while trying to work/talk with people. Taking too late causes insomnia from the steriod. Occasionally causes a pretty significant headache. I'm only able to take it once/day in the middle of the day due to unplesant side effects. However my breathing has gotten much better
