I have a brown mark accross my forehead ever since I have taken the nuvaring 4 years ago - it gets worse with suntan. It is similar to "the mask of pregnancy". I also have the brown line on my abdomen from my belly button down - similar to that you get when pregnant. Both of these side effects are mild but I do not notice anyone posting these side effects.

I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. Provided the best sleep and maximum relief from pain, however, was accompanied by nausea (but then again I can't handle any pain killers when it comes to the nausea factor).

I don' tthink that medication works for me. The way they advertise it on TV, you think it is going to work so well and have effects, but for me, nothing at all. I do not like medications anyways.

I have taken Centrum Multivitamin in the past and experienced no side effects. In the last two days, I have taken Centrum/Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with food and experienced constipation and loss of appetite almost immediately after taking the pill. I take other medication and am not sure if it the result of the combination of medication I am taking. Plan to stop taking the vitamin.
