I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. I will never know what happened to me. But, for years I complained about anxiety and nervousness. But, my Endocrinologist have dismissed my symptoms. Finally, after nine years and learnign about Armour Thyroid, my depression and fatigue are pretty much gone. The anxiety has gotten better.
