As stated above, it does seem to help with my blood pressure, but I seem to be more irritated than I was before I originally started the medication. It is worth putting up with for the benefit of the medication though.

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. I think they list both indian and chinese medicines with users ratings. Good luck with your BP Also try the symptom feedback feature- worked pretty well for me when I needed to find out wh... i have a chronic rash that I can't determine what it is being caused by and wonder if the Bitter Orange is the cause. The rash actually began before I started taking bitter orange and I've attributed the rash to 2 other things, Sucralose (splenda) and my hormones, both of which I have stopped. I realize that any medication or supplement can cause an allergic reaction, but if I were allergic to BO, wouldn't I have other symptoms, not just the rash?

I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.
