Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am happy with this regime, but only consider the long term side effects (if any). Can I safely increase the dosage for additional benefits or is there any long term side effect? As for me, I do... this is the medication i hate the most due to the fact that i bruise a lot and i bleed easyly. i work on cars and if i get cut by mistake i tend to bleed a lot.

It feel much better when I take the Cymbalta. I would tell anyone to take it if they needed to. The only problem I have had with Cymbalta is that I have unusual vivid dreams. I think a combination of my anxiety and the Cymbalta had made me gain some weight.
