I usually have terrible migraines or headaches and paracetemol helps remove the pain however when they are severe paracetemol does not work as well.

I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use but there could of course be side effects--never experienced any myself.
