I took Yasmin thinking it would give me almost identical benefits as Yaz, and Yasmin is available generic (whereas Yaz is not). However, within a month of taking this oral contraceptive my physicial and emotional state got much worse. My appetite was out of control, I ruminated over everything, etc.

This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. I tried it, and I felt better somehow. He also reduced the posology to 1/2 tablet, and he told me to go and look online for more information about the drug . Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.
