I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. from the time I started taking it I have developed a pain under the right side of my rib it feels like my liver or kidney I had all kind of check ups no can't find what is the problem .

This medication has many adverse physical side effects for me. The worst being weight gain and irritability. My sleep pattern is also disturbed and I have very high prolactin levels.

It helped me eat better and I excercise more and feel a lot healthier by taking this medication. I am very satisfied with the performance of this medication and would recommend this to others. I was on Lipitor before and was not very satisfied with it so I have seem a large improvement with this medication.

I take Loestrin mainly as birth control rather than to relieve irregular periods. It's been an effective birth control but it can give me occasional cramping and abdominal pains.
