The cure is FAR worse than the disease. Pylera made me extremely depressed and just feeling bad overall. After I thought I made it through I chilled for a week, broke out with fever blisters and blisters on the tongue and spots on my fingers. Off of it two weeks now and still feel depressed and generally bad. Called the Dr.'s office and a staff said oh it can't be the medication see your regular physician and when I go there they say probably a side effect of the Pylera. SO WHICH IS IT!!... I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

I have had diarrhea for about 4 weeks now and I believe it's related to taking the Zoloft. Does anyone know if this side effect will go away? I started taking Zoloft in the beginning of March for my anxiety and feel great besides this horrible problem. I'm hoping my body will adapt so I don't have to switch medications.
