Taken azo for years about once a month. This time had to take it for one month everyday. Went to Dr. and there was no infection so still taking it once a day. Started having leg cramps in lower leg at night so bad that woke me up and had to get up and walk it off. Think it flushes out my natural minerals and that is what caused it. I take Klonopin to help with severe insomnia brought on by PTSD. I have taken it for days or for weeks in a row and then gone off of it for days or weeks. It seems to not have any withdrawal effects on me but it does effectivley help with the insomnia and occasional anxiey when I do take it. You sort of also have to know your body's reactions to chemicals and, also prepare your mind to accept the maximum positive effects of any medication entering your system.
