Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).

I stopped taking this after the first injection(administered at Dr office) 5 hrs after injection, I developed sysytems of spinal menigitis. Severe fever, vertigo and was unable to lift my head or move without severe pain, dizziness and vomitting for 3 DAYS. I was told, flu like symptoms would occur, symtomps were beyond this. I was a baseball pitcher back in high school and a ball got hit back up the middle and off of my face. It broke 3 bones and the pain was undescribable. I could not get surgery done for a week and I was perscribed percocet for the week before and the week after my surgery. Even though it made me tired, it worked tremendously.
