Bactrim DS in the pill form has worked best for me. However, the cream is usually sufficient, it just takes longer than the pill to clear up.

Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. Unexpected benefits were much better sleep and moderately improved mental clarity.

I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. I have also been experiencing some problems with finding the right words and thinking straight, though I suppose this could be a sign of getting older. But I'm only 36, so I'm not that old! Works too well. I would like to try half dose as that's the published norm (75mg/day) for SAD. I have no anxiety, lack energy, little to no adreniline (sp) and lower motivation. I read a quote "I eat little, always feel like I just ate and gain weight", Bingo! My quote would be, "If someone stuck a gun in my back I'd probably just turn around and ask what the hell do you want".

This was the drug of my choice when I had a SEVERE toothache. I took two at once and a friend, who is a nurse, said that 2 pills are usually enough. After a half hour, I took a third pill, lay down on the couch and fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night. I couldn’t feel my toothache, but I also couldn’t feel my legs either. Since I had a very mellow feeling at that time, I went back to sleep and saw a dentist the next day. Vicodin was very effective.
